  • ▶在常规血清学诊断中非常少见[2]。
    ▶大约一半的AC-26核型患者具有系统性自身免疫性风湿疾病的临床特征;AC-26核型在器官特异性自身免疫性疾病的患者中也被观测到，在非自身免疫性疾病中更少见，尤其是在抗体滴度较低时[2-7]。



    ▶Found very infrequently in a routine diagnostic setting [2].
    ▶Approximately one-half of the patients with the AC-26 pattern have clinical features of a systemic autoimmune rheumatic disease; the AC-26 pattern is also observed in patients with organ-specific autoimmune diseases and less frequently in non-autoimmune conditions, especially when in low titer [2-7].
